Message from the Artist
My name is Rajpal Singh and I am an Artist and Illustrator for exhibitions, books, animation and film. Outside of that, I love sketching, immersing myself in nature, music, and really, all things creative!
To me, art as a craft must come from one’s inner voice: A practice of cultivating a relationship with one’s self that can be expressed to the world.
This is at the heart of my practice, creating pieces that will inspire others to look inwards, exploring their own Divine essence. Telling stories of those who have followed the path and practices of Sikhi through art, helping us to embody those traits in our own lives: Compassion, contentment, humility, forgiveness, and a longing for a deeper truth. It’s a movement deeply rooted in upholding the righteousness of all, something cultivated through daily, conscious action and development of the self.
While I find great joy in being able to create such art, what really lights me up is seeing how my work makes a difference to peoples’ lives, bringing a new, fundamental viewpoint that can inspire all as a collective humanity, a Oneness.
